We do not store your payment card details ourselves. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and QPay, subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

We use your personal information to respond to enquiries and provide information about our expeditions, process and manage bookings, send booking confirmations and important travel information, communicate with you before, during and after your expedition, arrange services required for your trip, and meet our legal, regulatory and insurance obligations where applicable. We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Booking and customer information is stored using access-controlled systems. Access is limited to authorised personnel who need the information to manage your booking or provide our services.

We share relevant personal information with trusted third-party service providers where necessary to operate our business and deliver your expedition. These may include Stripe and QPay for payment processing, Resend for email communications, and local transportation and accommodation providers where necessary to organise and deliver your expedition. We only provide third parties with information reasonably required for them to perform their services.
