A booking request is made when you submit the booking form. Your booking is confirmed when Mongol Trails accepts the booking and your required deposit has been received. The terms applying to your booking, including deposits, payment schedules, cancellations, inclusions and other booking conditions, are set out in our booking conditions and will be provided to you before or at the time your booking is confirmed. Our Terms and Conditions are subject to your rights under applicable Mongolian consumer law.

Expedition prices may be displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), US dollars (USD) and Mongolian tögrög (MNT) for reference. Unless otherwise stated, bookings with Mongol Trails are invoiced in Australian dollars (AUD). We take reasonable care to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate. If we identify a genuine pricing error, we will notify you before your booking is confirmed and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your booking.

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding and design, is owned by or licensed to Mongol Trails and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or otherwise use our website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Our expeditions operate in remote areas where weather, road and track conditions, local conditions and third-party services may affect the itinerary. We may need to change routes, activities, accommodation or schedules where reasonably necessary for safety, operational or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mongolia. You agree that the courts of Mongolia have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Mongolian consumer law.
